Returns & Exchanges

At LAAGAM, we want you to love your pieces, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your order. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the pre-printed return label provided in the portal is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship it Back

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection if available in your region.

• 4.
  Receive your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
